DES1203 - Week 03

I think this week is the most fun week for me because we dye and sew cloths !! First, we went to Block Z common area to dye our muslin cloth using something to tie it up so it wil got the some colors and some not effects. Then we dry it with hairdryer that we have brought. After that we go downstairs to the sewing workshop to sew the cloth. Ya but first we have to practiced on a paper because we are still newbie for sewing haha. Then me and my friend shared a sewing machine and learning how to put the machine parts and start sewing straight line, curved line and backward. We enjoyed the moments because it was fun but scaring. You have to control the speed by yourself so sometimes it will move very fast and then we quickly stop. I know it was dangerous but we still have to learn right? So ya.. i though we were run it smoothly after a few minutes... suddenly, "Pa!" HAHA ! THE NEEDLE WAS BROKEN! Ya.. we broke the needle accidentally then the machine didn't work anymore so we ends the sewing thingy right here. So yaa.. for the dye and sewing stuff we could add into our story that our lecturer asked us to do. Here some pictures I experienced the sewing and dye:

Additionally, for my story, our lecturer had chose the ' Baby Crawling Adventure '. It is about a daily life of a baby. He met different kinds of unexpected animals and things. He also had experiences the failure of standing and his sad or happy memories.

So now, I am deciding what I'm going to film for my story.
